KSM-66® Ashwagandha

Stress
A study involving 64 subjects with a history of chronic stress were evaluated for mood imbalances and stress after 8 weeks of supplementing with 300 mg capsules of KSM-66® twice daily. The results showed that the KSM-66® group, when compared to placebo, had a significant reduction in stress, mood regulation and a decrease in serum cortisol levels of 27.9%!
Female Sexual Function
The efficacy of KSM-66® ashwagandha was explored for sexual function in a group of women who had experienced sexual dysfunction and orgasm disorders. Fifty women were given either placebo or 300 mg capsules of KSM-66® capsules twice daily for 8 weeks. Results showed improvements in female sexual health, including arousal, lubrication, satisfaction, and orgasm.
