Glutathione is a tripeptide amino acid produced in the liver primarily from cysteine. It acts as a cellular antioxidant by inhibiting free radical formation. Glutathione has been called the master antioxidant, because it recycles the antioxidants vitamins C and E and also helps to regulate immune cells and detoxify the body. Milk Thistle Extract and Alpha Lipoic Acid are included to enhance Glutathione’s liver supporting properties.
Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with a meal.
Each capsule contains:
L-Glutathione (Whole Fungus; Candida utilis) 500 mg
Milk Thistle Extract (Silybum marianum) 100 mg
Standardized to contain 80% Silymarin) (Seed/Fruit)
Alpha Lipoic Acid 50 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Veg Capsule (hypromellose, water), Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source), Silica.

Hypersensitivity/allergy is known to occur with milk thistle, in which case, discontinue use.
If you experience sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness and/or confusion, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner (as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar).
