Adults take 1 to 2 capsules 1 time per day. Take with food at least 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics, natural health products or other medications.
Cautions:
Stop use if laxative effect occurs. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhoea, abdominal or severe abdominal pain and nausea. Reduce dose or stop use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms, and/or diarrhea. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen and/or persists beyond 3 days. If you are taking prescription medications, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Do not use this product if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use. Hypersensitivity has been known to occur.
Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Keep sealed, store in a cool, dry place at 15–25ºC.
