Each tea bag (1.5 g) contains: organic ginger rhizome* (Zingiber officinale) 1,500 mg. *Organic Ginger: Fairtrade certified and sourced from Fairtrade producers. Total 100%.
Dosage:
Adults: Drink 1 cup (1 tea bag) 2 times daily. Directions for use: Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag and steep, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.
