Recommended Seeding:

1/4 cup (40g) for 2L sprouting jar.

Sprouting Directions:

SOAK - Put washed seeds in a jar. Add purified water, soak for 2-8 hours. Drain well.
RINSE - Twice a day, refill jar with cool water, swirl, drain well, invert jar at an angle in a container.
ENJOY - Ready to eat in 3 to 6 days. Refrigerate to store. (Sprouts store best when they are fairly dry- do not store immediately after rinsing.)
