Adults: Take one caplet daily with food. Take a few hours before or after other medications. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.

Keep out of reach of children. There is enough drug (iron) in this package to seriously harm a child. Some people may experience constipation, diarrhea, and/or vomiting.
