Each tea bag (1.5 g) contains: organic peppermint leaf (Mentha × piperita) 1,500 mg.
Dosage:
Adults and Adolescents 14 years and over: Drink 1 cup (2 tea bags) 2 to 4 times daily. Adolescents 10 to 14 years: Drink 1 cup (2 tea bags) 1 to 2 times daily. Children 5 to 9 years: Drink 1 cup (2 tea bags) once daily. Children 2 to 4 years: Drink 1 cup (1 tea bag) once daily. Directions for use: Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 to 2 tea bags as directed and allow to steep, covered, for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.
