Recommended use

Source of probiotic. Helps support intestinal/gastrointestinal health. Could promote a favourable gut flora. Helps relieve abdominal pain associated with IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). Helps promote a healthy mood balance. Source of fibre for the maintenance of good health.

Recommended dose

Adults - two gummies one time per day. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications and/or natural health products (including antibiotics). Take with at least 1 glass of liquid. Maintain adequate fluid intake.
